We purchased our home in Carolina Lakes on December 22, 2020. We had been looking for a pool builder since then. Being new to the area, we began shopping and were turned down twice. We finally heard about Chapman-Wilson Pools, Spas & Home Improvements, Inc through the Carolina Lakes private Facebook page.

We could not be more happy with the construction of our pool. From start to finish, everyone we came in contact with was prompt, considerate, and helpful. Billy was our salesman and answered every question we had. Very nice man. Ed was the project foreman and he was on site multiple times to ensure the integrity of the work. Chris handled our orientation and pool upkeep. He was extremely professional and took all the time we needed to learn how to operate our new investment. Lastly but certainly not least was Mr. Wilson himself. It became clear that he takes personal pride in every pool that is built by his company. He is down to earth and makes sure any issues that arise during construction are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. He stands by the work and makes you feel as if you are his one and only client.

We renovated our entire backyard completely demolished our porch and installed a pool. We are very happy with the final transformation. We evaluated 5 companies before finally choosing Chapman-Wilson Pools, Spas & Home Improvements, Inc.. We live in Pinehurst. I know we would not have completed our project in this timeline with anyone else with these results.

Everyone was awesome throughout the process and if there is ever an issue Mr. Wilson will make it right. His business and character are top notch! Karec is a huge asset and made sure there were no issues with pool maintenance or customer satisfaction throughout the entire project. He is awesome.

Recently we had the pleasure of working with Chapman-Wilson Pools, Spas & Home Improvements, Inc. to make our dream backyard a reality. Our goal was to have an inground pool as the centerpiece, and multiple structures to provide shade in our yard.

We had some project ideas we discussed with Billy and Sawn. They were very knowledgeable and provided us with multiple options that we hadn’t thought about. The pool installer, Steve and his crew, were very skilled and completed the project faster than we expected. Josue and the concrete crew did a beautiful job pouring our colored concrete, tying the pool and the patio together. Even though they had to work on the pool and patio a few weeks apart, they were able to match the color perfectly. Sawn and his two construction crews were all friendly and hard working, even during the hottest weeks in the summer. Dave, the electrician, was involved throughout the entire project and did an outstanding job ensuring our pool, spa, and lighting were safe and worked perfectly. The roofers, the gutter installers, the window installers, and the painters all did beautiful work.

My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. The project manager, Ed, was responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns during the construction. The clerical staff at the office were always friendly, helped to resolve questions, and kept us informed throughout the project.

Finally, I want to thank Mr. Wilson for taking the time to contact me personally on many occasions during the project. He has immense admiration for military veterans and always treated my family with respect. Thank you again for everything.

From start to finish, Chapman-Wilson Pools, Spas & Home Improvements, Inc. takes great care of it’s customers. We recently had a vinyl liner pool installed which was a seven week process and the entire production went smoothly and efficiently. The pool installers, electricians, concrete workers, pool maintenance and Chapman-Wilson office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions no matter how sensible or frivolous. Shout out to Karec Hill who went above and beyond to make certain our needs were met and he’s always attentive and available to get the job done!

Great customer service. Our family finally decided it was time to get an inground pool. We called around to several pool companies. We started calling in July 2022 to prepare for next summer season. We went to a few local competitors and they showed us the binder of designs talked to us about size and numbers (Chapman-Wilson Pools, Spas & Home Improvements, Inc. was also cheaper). Two companies said they would put us on a build list BUT our build date would not be until July 2023 AND we had to put a down payment $1000.00 to get on that wait list. I can't remember if that was even refundable but SOMETHING told us to call one more company...Chapman-Wilson Pools, Spas & Home Improvements, Inc.. Our last call that should have been out first.

We called and within a few days a representative was in our yard mapping out the possibilities. A few weeks after that we had 2 men, who we had a blast with, digging out and building our soon to be pool. We were very surprised that didn't have to wait! With in about 8 weeks our pool was done! Beautiful pool.. We can't wait to actually get in it but we love it. Every contact from first face to the last face we had was friendly, fun, and just a joy. We had a small concern but nothing major so the owner, Mr. Wilson, called us personally (immediately) and made us feel comfortable that he would do everything to make us happy and he did.

If anyone is looking into building a pool or anything this company has to offer, definitely chose them. Call them first please! These pictures don't really do the pool justice as we are still getting pool furniture and building out the backyard but we see the potential.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Tony and AJ came out and did an amazing job. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely fashion. They also made sure everything was cleaned up when they left and made sure I was happy with the work they had done.

I will most definitely call this company again if I have any other issues with my pool and I will absolutely request that Tony and AJ be the ones to come fix any problems that may arise in the future. Hands down the best experience I have had!

The best in Fayetteville when it comes to home improvements. We installed an inground pool and are now having a "She Shed" built as an additional dwelling unit. Mr. Wilson has personally called on several occasions to ensure my needs were being met. They even brought in 3 pallets of sod at no cost to me to ensure that their work would withstand potential erosion issues.

Top notch company! Top notch people! Highly recommended!
